Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

• Order cancellations must be completed within 1 hour of purchase.  We ship immediately so you will not be able to cancel after 1 hour. 
• We only accept returns on Lustre prints 11x14 and smaller. 
• All prints are made to order therefore custom orders can not be returned or refunded. 
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivered date. 
• FineArtRox must receive the return within 10 business days of your original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be like new. 
• We to do pay or refund any shipping costs. 
• State of return: Prints must be returned undamaged.  
• Reason for returns: If you receive a damaged item, contact me and I will try to replace it through the lab.
• Process of refunds will be to your original credit card with in 10 days.
